Admission procedure
Admission procedure of the「Breast Research Association」is as follows.
(1)Please request the application form by e-mail, FAX, or mail, including your address, name and e-mail address.
(2)We will send you the application form. Please fill in the form and send it back to us by e-mail, FAX, or mail.
(3)After our steering committee confirms your information, we will ask you to pay the annual membership fee(¥3000) to complete the admission process.
